These terms cover your use of this website. They do not replace the agreements you sign when you buy, sell or let a property, which govern the transaction itself.

  1. 1.Listings are information, not an offer

    Listings describe properties Pwani Estates has been instructed on. They are not an offer capable of acceptance. Prices, availability and details can change, and a property may be withdrawn or sold before the site is updated. What binds anyone is the written sale or letting agreement.

  2. 2.Accuracy

    We check title, tenure, beacons and the coastal setback before a listing is published, and say on the listing when something is unresolved. Even so, measurements and descriptions are a guide. Before you commit, rely on the official search certificate, the survey plan and your own advocate's advice, all of which we will help you obtain.

  3. 3.3D models, tours and photographs

    Where a model or tour is marked as a sample or illustration, it is not a scan of that property. Finish selections in the finish studio are for visualisation only and are not an order or a quotation.

  4. 4.Enquiries and viewings

    Sending an enquiry or viewing request does not reserve a property or create any obligation on either side. An advisor will confirm a viewing before it takes place.

  5. 5.Market articles

    Articles in Insights are general information, not legal, tax or financial advice for your situation.

  6. 6.Content

    The text, photographs and models on this site belong to Pwani Estates or are used with permission. Please do not copy them for another listing or site.
